Women's Learn & Lift — Saturday, July 18
Whether you've been training for years or you're just curious about CrossFit, our Women's Learn & Lift event is designed for you. On Saturday, July 18th from 6–8PM at CrossFit Reckoning in Coatesville, PA, we're bringing women together for an evening of education, movement, and community.
What to Expect
The night kicks off with a Pelvic Floor Health Seminar — a topic that matters for every woman who moves, lifts, or just exists in a body. You'll walk away with practical tools to support your pelvic floor, improve performance, and build core strength with confidence.
From there, we'll cover how to modify and adapt workouts to fit your body and your goals. There's no one-size-fits-all in fitness, and this session will show you how to make any movement work for you — no matter where you're starting.
Then we put it all into action with a fun, empowering workout together.
After we sweat, we eat. Stick around to socialize, connect, and wrap up the evening with great food and even better company.
