• What should I wear on my first day?

    Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in, along with a pair of athletic sneakers. Bring a water bottle as well—we have a water fountain available for refills.

  • Do you have any information about the gym before we get there?

    Yes! We have a short YouTube video that shows you the facility and where to park, so you know exactly what to expect before you arrive.

  • I’ve never worked out in my life. Is that okay?

    Absolutely. Everyone starts somewhere—and that’s exactly why we’re here. Our coaches can scale and modify every movement to meet you at your current fitness level.

  • How fast will I see results?

    This depends on the individual and their goals, but most people are surprised by how quickly they start feeling stronger, more confident, and more energized—often within just a few weeks.

  • What makes your gym different?

  • How often should I come to class?

    We recommend starting with 3–4 classes per week. This allows your body to recover while giving you time to learn the movements and class flow, helping you feel confident and accomplished.
