Are you looking to improve your flexibility, reduce stress, and take an hour just for yourself? Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping on a mat for the first time, our new 5-week yoga series is designed for everyone.

Introducing Katie K's Yoga Series at CrossFit Reckoning

We're thrilled to announce a brand-new yoga program led by Katie K, starting this May at CrossFit Reckoning in Coatesville. This series is perfect for anyone wanting to deepen their flexibility, build strength mindfully, and find balance in a supportive community.

Program Details

📍 Location: CrossFit Reckoning — Coatesville, PA

📅 When: Sundays at 9:00 AM

  • May 24 – June 28
  • No class June 7

💰 Pricing:

  • Members: $60 (all 5 weeks)
  • Non-members: $75 (all 5 weeks)
  • Drop-in: $20 per class

What to Expect

This 5-week series is open to all experience levels. You don't need prior yoga experience to join — Katie K will guide you through each pose and help you modify movements for your body. Come as you are, and take an hour to reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're looking to complement your CrossFit training or simply find a moment of peace in your week, we've got a mat waiting for you.
